Pumpkin Seed Smoothie Recipe

1/3 C tamari roasted pumpkin seeds, soaked overnight
2 bananas
3/4 C oat milk, nut milk, seed milk or water
1/2 dessert spoon kelp powder
1/2 dessert spoon camu camu
3 dessert spoons of mesquite
1 Tbl of maca

1. Put in a mixer, process until smooth.


Pumpkin seeds are commonly used in traditional Mexican cooking and are known as 'pepitas.' They provide minerals such as magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, and potassium. Tamari is particular type of soy sauce that has little to no wheat, while most soy sauce mixtures are made of around 50% wheat.
