Pasta with Sun Dried Tomatoes Recipe

1/2 lb linguine
1/4 C plus
2 Tbl olive oil
1/3 C fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 C dried tomato halves
1 Tbl tomato paste
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp dried red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper
Parsley sprigs
Whole sun dried tomatoes
Parmesan cheese

1. Cook pasta, drain. Return to same pot. Add next 6 ingredients.
2. Season with salt and pepper. Toss over low heat until warmed through.
3. Transfer to plates. Garnish with parsley sprigs and whole sun dried tomatoes. Sprinkle with cheese. Serves 2.
