Mixed Nuts with Rosemary Recipe

3 Tbl unsalted butter
1 Tbl dried crumbled rosemary
1 ½ tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne, to taste
3 C ultimate nut mix


1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Melt butter with dried rosemary, salt, and cayenne.
3. Pour this mixture over 3 cups mixed nuts, tossing to coat them. Bake the nuts on a cookie sheet for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
