Thai Red Curry Noodles with Soy Nuts Recipe

2 C water
8 g sugar
2 Tbl soy sauce
1/2 Thai red curry seasoning mix
2 packets ramen noodles
1/2 C soy nuts

1. Bring water to a boil. Add ramen, sugar, soy sauce, and seasoning mix.
2. Simmer 2-3 minutes, or until noodles are tender. Add soy nuts. Serve immediately.


Soy nuts are not nuts but soybeans (legumes) that are ripened and roasted. They are a good source of protein, fibre, phosphorus, and magnesium.
